Service Usage
Band Core Hosting provides game server hosting, infrastructure services and related technical services. By using our services, customers agree to follow these terms and any additional rules displayed during ordering.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not use services for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, phishing, DDoS activity, attacks against third parties, copyright abuse or any harmful activity that may affect our network, systems or other customers.
Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, managing access to their services and ensuring that users invited to their server do not violate these terms.
Payments and Renewals
Services must be paid according to the selected billing period. Unpaid services may be suspended, limited or terminated after the applicable due date or grace period.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable hosting and stable infrastructure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Maintenance, updates, abuse mitigation or technical incidents may temporarily affect service availability.
Backups and Data
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a specific backup service is included in the purchased plan. Band Core Hosting is not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, software errors or abuse-related suspensions.
Suspension and Termination
Band Core Hosting may suspend, restrict or terminate services that violate these terms, create security risks, generate abuse reports or negatively affect service stability.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated when services, policies or legal requirements change. Continued use of the services after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
