Refund Policy

How Band Core Hosting handles refund requests.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted through a support ticket within the eligible refund period.

Eligible Services

Newly purchased hosting services may be eligible for a refund if significant technical issues prevent normal use and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom setup work, completed deployment, server administration, domains, software licenses, abuse-related suspensions and heavily consumed services may not be eligible for refunds.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider and banking system.
