Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for using Band Core Hosting services safely and responsibly.
Prohibited Activity
Services may not be used for illegal activity, attacks, spam, malware, phishing, fraud, copyright abuse, unauthorized scanning or activity that harms other users, networks or systems.
Network Abuse
DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute force attempts, botnets, traffic amplification and unauthorized access attempts are strictly prohibited.
Game Server Abuse
Game servers must not be used to distribute malware, stolen files, illegal modifications, cheats, malicious plugins or content that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
Resource Abuse
Customers may not intentionally overload nodes, bypass resource limits, abuse storage, run unauthorized background services or negatively affect other customers.
Email and Spam
Spam, bulk unsolicited messages, phishing campaigns and abusive email activity are not allowed on Band Core Hosting infrastructure.
Copyright and Content
Customers are responsible for the content hosted on their services. Copyright-infringing, illegal or harmful content may result in suspension or removal.
Security Responsibilities
Customers must keep their accounts, passwords, plugins, scripts and server software secure. Compromised services may be suspended to protect the network.
Enforcement
Band Core Hosting may suspend, restrict or terminate services that violate this policy, generate abuse reports or create risks for the infrastructure.
